March Favourites.

Hello!

So today I'm finally back in my flat and reunited with my camera lead. Yay!! Which can only mean one thing - my March favourites post is finally here. I love reading favourite posts, and this is my first one so  i'm excited to share with you my favourite products of last month...Here we go...

As there are quite a few products i've been loving this past month, i've divided them into categories; little bite-size chunks, if you will.

Ok, first up we have my lip products.

ELF Studio Lip Exfoliator: I bought this little baby in January during quite the little ELF haul. For £3.75, it's one of the more expensive items on the website, however the product itself makes up for the slightly higher price - which is still cheap really! The lipstick-esque style of this scrub makes application SO easy and hassle free, and it smells and tastes amazing! Sugary, with a slight cocoa scent. Yum!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15: In the current climate here in the UK, with the cold making my lips quite dry, this little lip balm has been an absolute god send! It coats my lips in a thick layer of balm after just one coat, and lasts for ages! My lips feel conditioned and smooth after using this, and the SPF factor means that I can continue to use it into the summer months.

Rimmel Lycra Pro Professional Finish Nail Polish in '500 Peppermint': With that lovely spring sunshine finally peeking it's head from behind the clouds, pastel colours have been my go-to, and my nails are no exception to this. I love aqua/turquoise shades in general, so obviously I am mad for this nail polish in peppermint. I find that 2 coats is enough to make my nails opaque, and it does last a while before chipping. Not quite sure about the 'up to 10 days' claim, however 2-4 days before chipping occurs is the norm for me.

Onto my favourite make-up!

Bourjois Little Round Pot Blush in 'Rose Coup De Foudre': I've not owned this blush for long, however since getting it, i've cast aside my usual ELF Baked Bronzer in favour of a more subtle glow to the cheeks. I absolutely love this blush. It's really buildable and such a gorgeous shade, giving me a lovely flush of colour.

Rimmel BB Cream in 'Light': I've been using this BB cream since Christmas and this is my first BB cream ever - I know, I know, late on the band wagon! It may be my first, but it's already love. BB stands for 'beauty balm', and that it is! It smooths and primes my skin perfectly, giving me a blank canvas to apply my make up. I have a naturally uneven skin tone - the curse of having a few freckles I guess..? And this BB cream really evens my skin tone out!

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in 'Classic Beige': I'm fairly new to this concealer, having only bought it a few weeks ago, however I've been using this every day to cover the dark circles under my eyes, and this is definitely better than other concealers I have tried at giving me a brighter complexion, rather than just caking me up in concealer, which, lets face it, isn't appealing.

Charles Worthington Rough & Tousled Salt Spray: How have I gone this long without a salt spray in my life? I love nothing more than to wear my hair in a natural, tousled fashion, and this baby lets me do just that! It helps me define the natural wave in my hair, but without making my hair sticky or greasy, like some other products do.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Exfoliating Pads: The Body shop is my favourite brand at the moment, and if you've tried these exfoliating pads, you'll understand why. My skin isn't too bad, but I do tend to suffer from the occasional pimple here and there. These pads are amazing used twice a week as part of my skin care routine at helping to prevent this. They are a little expensive, however I purchased this in the sale - a steal at £3.40! I'd recommend stocking up on these if you're spot or blemish prone every once in a while the next time TBS have a sale!

The Body Shop Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask: Every girl with oily/ combination skin should have a good clay mask in their collection, and this is mine. The first thing I love about this mask is the smell. It's gorgeous; so fresh! I find myself just opening the tub so take a whiff! It does good things to the skin too!

The Body Shop Mango Body Mist: I spoke about this in my previous post on the Mango range at TBS, and the fact it's in my March favourites just showcases how much of an impact this little spray has had on me.

The Body Shop Olive Body Butter: Hi I'm Gem, and I'm a body shopaholic. My haul a month or so ago has definitely not been wasted, as I love and use/will use EVERY SINGLE ITEM I bought. Points for The Body Shop! This butter is so rich and creamy, and the Italian olive oil within it gives my skin the most intense moisturise. I'm absolutely gutted i've ran out of this, and can't wait to get my hands on some more (as soon as I've finished the pile of lotions and potions i'm still to get through, that is!)

So that's it. My March favourites, what have you been loving this March?
